This product is entirely designed, manufactured and assembled in France in our workshop in Claveyson in Drôme. The fabric comes from the ends of rolls, from unused excess materials.

Heat-sealing assembly technology, WHY tech allows the product to be assembled and disassembled easily and without seams, using heat. Thanks to this, products can be recycled, repaired and have their lifespan extended. Heat-welding also allows the materials used to achieve their full performance.

The Sympatex® membrane is fully waterproof, breathable, windproof, stretchable and 100% recyclable. It provides incomparable comfort, even in the most trying weather conditions.

Stretchy and durable, our stretch products offer a freedom of movement and comfort allowing the practice of physical sports.

Polyester is a chemical synthetic fiber derived from petroleum. Petroleum-derived products, such as polyester, are very difficult to degrade in the environment. We must therefore avoid throwing them away, and try to extend their maximum lifespan.

Perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) are synthetic chemicals used in many industrial products and common consumer goods. Widely distributed in the environment, persistent and bioaccumulative, certain PFCs are part of the category of persistent organic compounds.

Waterproof 45K (45 000 Schmerber)

Windproof and breathable.

The Schmerber is a unit of measurement for the waterproofness of a textile which owes its name to the textile industrialist Charles-Édouard Schmerber who defined it and created the tools to measure it. 1 Schmerber = 1 mm water column = 10 Pa = 0.1 mbar.

In the rain, the pressure exerted by the water on clothing can reach values ranging from 13,000Pa to 20,000Pa (0.13 to 0. 20 bar). To stay in the textile sector, this therefore corresponds to a pressure of 1,300 to 2,000 Schmerber.

A '3-layer' fabric is an assembly of 3 different elements which, once combined, ensure waterproofness, breathability, and extreme durability. Our 3-layer fabric is manufactured in partnership with the Sympatex manufacturer and is entirely polyester, thus fully recyclable. It is guaranteed free of PTFE and PFAS (polytetrafluoroethylene).
Bluesign® label: This label examines the entire textile supply chain to jointly reduce its impact on humans and the environment. The goal of Bluesign is to connect chemical suppliers, textile manufacturers, and brands to promote a transparent, responsible, and profitable textile industry. It also provides guidance to support companies in their ecological and social transitions.
OEKO-TEX® label: This quality label includes several technical standards, aiming to certify the health and ecological qualities of textiles and leathers, ensuring the absence of toxic substances for both the body and the environment.
Origin: The assembly of the 3 elements is carried out in Austria.

Three experts are involved in the production of the SHYFT jacket. From cutting to quality control performed on each piece, it takes no less than 5 hours and 30 minutes of work for each jacket. Each jacket undergoes a quality control check.

4. TRANSPORTATION ▼

All our pieces are stored in our workshop. There is no additional transportation to a logistics platform.

Deliveries between the workshop and the recipient are handled by Chronopost throughout France (road transport).

Water repellency

Use specific sprays without PFCs to reactivate the water repellency of your jacket.

Preserve

To preserve the performance and durability of the membrane, do not iron your jacket.

Washing

Wash your jacket in the machine at 30°C. Do not use fabric softener. Do not tumble dry. Use a small amount of detergent.
