How does a repair work
EVALUATE
We assess what needs repairing and the repair style you prefer.
DISMANTLE
We disassemble the area to be repaired without damaging the rest of the garment.
REPLACE
We replace the damaged piece and reassemble it using the same original technique.

The fabrics are laser-cut and assembled using thermo-bonding.
Unlike stitching, no thread or needle pierces the material : no needle holes, no seam tapes that add weight or complicate repairs.
The result: our garments are fully repairable while preserving their original performance and aesthetics.
Each repair can even become a design featureand this holds true across multiple repair cycles.

Each repair begins with a persoed assessment to best meet your needs and budget. Most repairs fall within this range:
Broken zipper:
Medium zip (10–30 cm): €40
Long zip(over 30 cm): from €55
Holes and tears:
Repair patch Small: €15–€20
Repair patch Medium: €30–€50
Replacement of a full panel/section: on request, usually starts at 80€
Shortening / Lengthening : priced on request

We design and manufacture our products in-house to the highest standards. They’re engineered to last for many years and to be repairable. All our products are covered by a 3-year warranty.
The warranty covers defects not caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use, and applies to materials, thermo-bonded seams, and construction.
Thanks to our WHY™ technology, our garments are fully repairable without any loss of performance or aesthetics. Depending on the case, repairs may be provided free of charge, or quoted via a personalized estimate.

When you contact us for a repair, we review your technical and aesthetic needs together. Depending on the type of repair, we offer several customization options:
- Changing the color of the repaired area, subject to our available fabric and zipper stock.
- Choosing the shape of the patch, if the repair involves applying a patch.
- Additional customization via laser perforation or printing.
Each repair is an opportunity to give your garment a new identity while preserving its performance and aesthetics.

You can repair a small hole or minor tear yourself. We’ll send you a patch in the matching material, along with heat-activated adhesive strips and a detailed application guide to help you apply it correctly.
For any other repairs, such as replacing a zipper or an entire panel, our workshop experts are the only ones authorized to intervene, to ensure your garment’s performance and aesthetics are maintained.
