Stretchy and durable, our stretch products offer a freedom of movement and comfort allowing the practice of physical sports.

Heat-sealing assembly technology, WHY tech allows the product to be assembled and disassembled easily and without seams, using heat. Thanks to this, products can be recycled, repaired and have their lifespan extended. Heat-welding also allows the materials used to achieve their full performance.

This product is entirely designed, manufactured and assembled in France in our workshop in Claveyson in Drôme. The fabric comes from the ends of rolls, from unused excess materials.

We manufacture all of our products in our independent workshop in French Drôme.
Our workshop consists of 65 people. An Inspyrations jacket thus supports the local economy and promotes a human-scale world, where the well-being and fulfillment of each individual are objectives.

This is the number of different pieces, laser-cut and assembled using the WHY technology by our experts in our workshop.

Three experts are involved in the production of the PYLOT vest. From cutting to quality control carried out on each piece, it takes no less than 5 hours and 30 minutes of work for each jacket. Every jacket undergoes quality control.

4. TRANSPORT ▼

All our pieces are stored in our workshop. There is no additional transportation to a logistics platform.

Deliveries between the workshop and the recipient are handled by Chronopost throughout France (road transport).

5. CARE ▼

Washing

Wash your jacket in the machine at 30°C. Do not use fabric softener. Do not tumble dry. Use a small amount of detergent.

Preserve

To preserve the performance and durability of the membrane, do not iron your jacket.

Water repellency

Use specific sprays without PFCs to reactivate the water repellency of your jacket.
