Waterproof 45K (45 000 Schmerber)

Windproof and breathable.

The Schmerber is a unit of measurement for the waterproofness of a textile which owes its name to the textile industrialist Charles-Édouard Schmerber who defined it and created the tools to measure it. 1 Schmerber = 1 mm water column = 10 Pa = 0.1 mbar.

In the rain, the pressure exerted by the water on clothing can reach values ranging from 13,000Pa to 20,000Pa (0.13 to 0. 20 bar). To stay in the textile sector, this therefore corresponds to a pressure of 1,300 to 2,000 Schmerber.

Heat-sealing assembly technology, WHY tech allows the product to be assembled and disassembled easily and without seams, using heat. Thanks to this, products can be recycled, repaired and have their lifespan extended. Heat-welding also allows the materials used to achieve their full performance.

This product is entirely designed, manufactured and assembled in France in our workshop in Claveyson in Drôme. The fabric comes from the ends of rolls, from unused excess materials.

Without PFC

Perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) are synthetic chemicals used in many industrial products and common consumer goods. Widely distributed in the environment, persistent and bioaccumulative, certain PFCs are part of the category of persistent organic compounds.

  • Exterior: 64% Polyamide – 25% Elastane – 11% Polyurethane, waterproof and breathable.
  • Weaving and thread made in France, distance 70km.

Un bon entretien permet une prolongation optimale de la durée de vie et des performances de votre veste.

  • Lavage à 30°C avec lessive classique.
  • Pas de sèche-linge sèche au risque de fragiliser les thermosoudures.
  • Laisser sécher sur ceintre à l'air libre.
  • Nettoyer à l'envers, zips refermés.
  • Ne pas utiliser d'adoucissant.
  • Pas de repassage.

La déperlance du tissu (permettant de faire glisser l'eau sur le tissu extérieur) s'estompe avec le temps. Cela n'affecte pas l'imperméabilité réelle de la veste qui est assurée par la membrane.

Il est toutefois conseillé de réactiver la déperlance afin de conserver et préserver la qualité des tissus. Nous conseillons l'utilisation de traitement déparlant non toxiques.

Selon les cas, les réparations peuvent être offertes, ou fixées par un devis personnalisé.

Frais de livraison.

La livraison est offerte pour toute commande supérieure à 100 €. Pour les commandes inférieures, des frais de 8,80 € seront appliqués pour la France et 22€ pour l'Union Européenne.

Délais de livraison

Nos expéditions sont réalisées depuis notre atelier en France, avec un délai de 2 à 5 jours selon la destination.

J'ai eu la chance de découvrir la marque lors du Salon du Made in France en novembre dernier.
Merci pour l'accueil et la présentation.
J'y ai commandé une veste pylot.
C'est une veste très bien taillée, agréable à porter, très légère, respirante et qui garde la chaleur bien plus que je ne le pensais.
Elle a pris une place de choix dans mes habitudes.
Je ne regrette évidemment pas cet achat.
Je recommande fortement ce produit.
La forte réparabilité du produit est un gage de longévité et a été pour moi un réel atout pour le déclenchement de l'achat.

Excellent produit

Ce produit cumul esthétique et technique. Le tout fabriqué en France.
Je l'utilise au quotidien il est léger étanche repirant très agréable à porter. Sa coupe et son aspect "classy" permettent de le porter en toutes circonstances.
